Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and includes all original components.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
